ClearView Healthcare Partners in Boston with offices nationwide is seeking a Senior Payroll Associate to own day-to-day US payroll operations and contribute to process improvements within the Finance Team reporting to the Global Payroll Manager.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of payroll processing experience, a strong understanding of US payroll, taxes and compliance, and familiarity with UKG Pro and integrated HRIS systems. This role offers a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of hands-on payroll processing experience.
• Experience with US payroll regulations, taxes and compliance.
• Experience with integrated HRIS and payroll systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain US employee payroll data within HRIS/payroll systems with governance and controls.
• Oversee onboarding/offboarding payroll components; ensure correct setup and final pay calculations.
• Coordinate immigration status changes and payroll implications with HR/Legal.
• Audit payroll input data for bi-weekly and semi-monthly runs; resolve discrepancies.
• Process end-to-end payroll for bi-weekly/semi-monthly schedules with validations.
• Oversee I-9 verifications and compliance with employment eligibility rules.
• Reconcile payroll-related benefit activity with carrier invoices and records.
• Support internal/external payroll audits and provide documentation.
• Identify process improvements and document SOPs.
• Assist cross-functional system enhancements as needed.
