• Strong knowledge of federal, state and local payroll regulations.
• Experience with UKG or similar HRIS/Payroll platforms.
• Excellent communication and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Process bi-weekly/semi-monthly full cycle payroll activities for all US-based employees.
• Ensure US payroll practices are compliant and timely across locations.
• Prepare remittances related to payroll and benefits; lead year-end reporting (W-2s, W-2Cs).
• Input data and run processing on regular US payroll cycles across all locations.
• Maintain confidential employee records and data integrity in payroll systems.
