Job summary

TikTok is seeking a Strategy & Analytics Associate for the US to drive strategic roadmaps for TikTok Shop, leveraging market intelligence to identify opportunities and determine investments in the US market.

You will work closely with Product, Marketing, and Ops to translate analyses into actionable plans, own long-term planning, and improve unit economics and seller penetration in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Qualifications

• Five-plus years of experience in strategy, business analysis, or strategic finance at top tech firms or consulting.
• Proficiency in advanced business modeling and performance diagnostics for US market insights.
• Ability to coordinate across Product, Marketing, and Ops to drive alignment and execution.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills in market benchmarking and unit economics.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Planning & Roadmapping: Develop long-term US TikTok Shop roadmaps using market intelligence to identify growth opportunities.
• Business Performance Diagnostics: Analyze health metrics to optimize unit economics and seller penetration in the region.
• Market Intelligence & Research: Lead research on e-commerce landscape, competitors, and social commerce trends to refine positioning.
• Executive Support & Decision Science: Produce white papers and presentations with data-driven recommendations for localization and scaling.
• Cross-Functional Initiative Orchestration: Partner with Product, Marketing, and Ops from concept to execution.
• Operational Excellence: Ensure execution consistency across pillars and stakeholders in a fast-paced setting.
