Qualifications

• Experience in program/project management, consulting, change management, or operations strategy.
• Demonstrated ability to manage projects from inception through successful implementation. Hands-on experience in process optimization and scaling efficiency initiatives.
• Proven experience collaborating with or managing cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and MS Project. Experience with SQL and BI platforms (Looker, Tableau) to extract and translate data insights into actionable recommendations.
• Experience in e-commerce, tech, or fast-paced digital organizations.
• Familiarity with matrix or global organizational structures.
• Creative thinker and strategist with the ability to develop innovative solutions.
