Veolia is seeking a Senior Application Engineer for its North America MicroElectronics Applications Engineering Team. You will lead the design of Ultra Pure Water treatment solutions, serve as the primary technical contact, and manage the complete bid lifecycle from lead qualification to project handover.

You will collaborate with a global team, translate customer needs into tailored Veolia solutions, and drive competitive proposals while maintaining schedules and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in chemical/mechanical engineering.
• Proven expertise in ultra pure water treatment technologies.
• Bid/proposal development experience with strong technical and commercial analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead bid strategy development in partnership with Sales, organizing resources to meet deadlines.
• Translate customer requirements into Veolia solutions, strengthening competitive positioning.
• Collaborate with Process Engineering to design flowsheet processes addressing water challenges.
• Develop technical documentation, including P&IDs and proposals.
• Manage cost estimation by coordinating with Sourcing for quotes and pricing.
• Drive proposal development through meetings, reviews, and cross-functional coordination.
• Establish project timelines and prioritize deliverables while ensuring quality.
• Ensure compliance with internal bid development procedures and forecasting.
