Veolia is seeking a Senior Application Engineer to join our North America MicroElectronics Applications Engineering team. This remote-friendly role places you as the primary technical contact for clients, driving UPW treatment solutions from design through bid submission.

You will oversee cross-functional collaboration, develop technical documentation, and manage cost estimation and proposal development while maintaining schedules and quality. Travel up to 20% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering is required.
• Minimum 5 years of chemical/mechanical engineering or related experience.
• Proven expertise in ultra pure water treatment technologies.
• Experience with bid/proposal development and cost estimation.
• Strong customer-facing technical sales or engineering background.
• Fluent in English (written and verbal).
• Willingness to travel up to 20% domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Lead bid strategy development with Sales to meet submission deadlines.
• Translate customer requirements into Veolia solutions.
• Collaborate with Process Engineering to design flowsheet processes.
• Develop technical documentation, including P&IDs and proposals.
• Manage cost estimation with Sourcing for quotes and pricing.
• Drive proposal development through meetings and cross-functional coordination.
• Establish project timelines and prioritize deliverables.
• Ensure compliance with internal bid procedures and forecasting.
