Veolia is seeking a Senior Application Engineer to join the North America MicroElectronics Applications Engineering Team. This role leads the design of Ultra Pure Water treatment solutions, serving as the primary technical contact for clients and guiding bids from qualification to handover.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering is required.
• Minimum 5 years in chemical/mechanical engineering or related discipline.
• Direct experience in UPW treatment or semiconductor water systems.
• Proven bid/proposal development with technical and commercial analysis skills.
• Customer-facing technical sales or engineering experience.
• English fluency, strong communication, and travel up to 20%.

Responsabilités

• Lead bid strategy development with Sales to qualify opportunities and meet deadlines.
• Translate customer requirements into Veolia solutions, optimizing value.
• Collaborate with Process Engineering to design flowsheet processes for UPW.
• Develop technical documentation including P&IDs and proposals.
• Manage cost estimation by partnering with Sourcing for quotes and pricing.
• Drive proposal development through meetings, reviews, and cross-functional coordination.
• Establish project timelines and prioritize deliverables, ensuring quality and timeliness.
• Ensure compliance with internal bid procedures, tracking and forecasting.
