Veolia Water Technologies is seeking a Senior Application Engineer to join our MicroElectronics Applications Engineering Team in North America. This remote role will be the primary technical contact for clients, leading the design of Ultra Pure Water treatment solutions for the semiconductor industry.

You’ll manage the bid lifecycle—from qualification and system design through cost estimation, contract execution, and handover—working with a global, cross-functional team.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in chemical or mechanical engineering.
• ≥5 years in chemical/mechanical engineering or related field.
• Expertise in ultra pure water treatment technologies.
• Experience in bid/proposal development with technical and commercial analysis.
• Customer-facing technical sales or engineering background.
• Fluent English, strong communication and organization.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% domestically and internationally.

Responsabilidades

• Lead bid strategy development with Sales and organize resources to meet deadlines.
• Translate customer requirements into Veolia solutions and optimize value delivery.
• Collaborate with Process Engineering to design flowsheet processes.
• Develop technical documentation including P&IDs and proposals.
• Manage cost estimation by partnering with Sourcing for quotes and pricing.
• Drive proposal development via meetings, reviews, and cross-functional coordination.
• Set project timelines and ensure timely delivery with quality control.
• Ensure compliance with internal bid development procedures and forecasting.
