Formación

• Experience in banking or credit union environments preferred.
• Ability to meet member service and sales goals.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of deposit, loan products and OA/BSA compliance.

Responsabilidades

• Cultivate and deepen member relationships through needs-based conversations.
• Process account openings, loan applications, and routine banking transactions.
• Achieve assigned member service and sales goals.
• Refer complex needs to product specialists (wealth mgmt, real estate, lending).
• Ensure branch operations tasks are completed accurately and securely.
