Georgia’s Own Credit Union is seeking a Universal Banker II to deliver exceptional member service, build relationships, and support branch operations. The role entails advanced transaction processing, account openings, lending support, and acting as a resource for staff.

Compensation is $25.00 per hour with a competitive benefits package. The position involves onboarding support and mentoring, reinforcing service standards, and contributing to branch productivity.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3–5 years in a financial branch environment or comparable retail sales experience.
• Ability to pass a background check including credit, drug screen, bondability, and criminal history.
• Knowledge of loans, deposits, and Credit Union policies and procedures.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional member service in person, by phone, and digitally.
• Open and maintain consumer and business membership accounts; support loan applications.
• Assist with branch operations, peer mentoring, and training of Universal Bankers.
