Qualifications

• Cash handling and customer service experience preferred.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilités

• Process sales, servicing, banking transactions and operational tasks.
• Open accounts, service requests, issue debit cards, and routine transactions.
• Recommend solutions and refer to product specialists.
• Acquire and maintain member relationships throughout life cycle.
• Meet service and sales goals.
• Adhere to policies and security/compliance.
• Assist with branch operational tasks like cash settlements and ATMs.
