Qualifications

• Experience in member service and sales.
• Ability to handle a variety of banking transactions.
• Notary Public status or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional member service and meet sales goals.
• Deepen member relationships through needs-based conversations.
• Acquire and maintain member relationships across lifecycle by understanding financial needs.
• Recommend solutions and refer to product specialists when needed.
• Open/close accounts, process loans and routine banking transactions.
• Assist with branch audits, cash handling, and daily operations.
• Educate and coach branch staff to achieve sales and service objectives.
