Qualifications

• Proven ability to deliver exceptional member service.
• Ability to build and maintain member relationships.
• Promote and refer Credit Union products and services.

Responsibilities

• Deliver service in person, by phone, and digitally.
• Open consumer and business accounts.
• Process loan applications and related documentation.
• Assist with onboarding and mentoring of teammates.
• Support branch service, production, and member-experience goals.
• Maintain accurate records and document interactions.
