Georgia’s Own Credit Union is seeking a Universal Banker II in Midtown, NC to deliver exceptional member service, build relationships, and support branch operations. You will handle advanced transactions, account openings, and lending while mentoring peers and contributing to sales and service excellence.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience in financial branch or retail sales environment (1–3 years).
• Ability to communicate effectively with members at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional service through in-person, phone, and digital member interactions.
• Build and strengthen member relationships by identifying needs and recommending products/services.
• Open consumer and business membership accounts.
• Assist members with account maintenance, problem resolution, and service requests.
• Process and support consumer loan applications and documentation.
• Conduct consultative conversations to identify deposit, lending, and relationship-growth opportunities.
• Maintain timely follow-up and document interactions in systems.
• Promote products and services through referrals and relationship management.
• Support achievement of branch service, production, and member-experience goals.
