• Ability to cover at other branches when necessary and work Saturday rotation.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint; ability to interpret financial data.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional service through in-person, phone, and digital member interactions.
• Open consumer and business membership accounts; assist with account maintenance and service requests.
• Process consumer loan applications and related documentation; balance records.
• Promote products and services through referrals and relationship management; meet service and production goals.
• Rotate between transaction, office, lending, and service responsibilities as needed.
