Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage operations, assign work orders, and train staff and subcontractors.
• Consult with clients to schedule preventive maintenance and minimize downtime.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs for building systems.
• Monitor fire alarms, HVAC, and plumbing to meet design specs.
• Oversee and inspect engineering staff work for quality and safety.
• Respond to emergencies and coordinate with needed parties.
• Lead by example and coach others in line with CBRE values.
