Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs for building systems.
• Monitor fire alarms, HVAC, plumbing to meet design specs and environmental conditions.
• Oversee and inspect engineering staff work and ensure complete, functional outcomes.
