Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5-8 years of relevant experience; combination of experience and education considered.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Facility Management certification preferred.
• Experience in staffing, selection, training, development, coaching, mentoring, measuring, appraising, and rewarding performance.

Responsibilities

• Provide formal supervision to employees and oversee training, performance evaluations, and hiring.
• Coordinate and manage team's daily activities, schedules, tasks, and cross-train staff.
• Coordinate and manage facility repairs and maintenance with technicians, vendors, and contractors.
• Maintain positive client relationships and conduct meetings on unresolved facility issues.
• Prepare and manage large and high-profile capital projects, operating budgets, and variance reports.
• Perform facility inspections quality assurance following regulations; suggest operational improvements.
• Create environmental health and safety procedures for facilities.
• Develop vendor relationships and oversee invoicing procedures; review purchase orders.
• Apply broad knowledge of the business and cross-discipline integration to achieve objectives.
• Lead by example and model CBRE RISE values; influence others appropriately.
• Identify and solve technical and operational problems of complexity.
• Understand broader departmental impact and drive continuous improvement.
