Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 5–8 years of related experience; universal CFC certification required.
• Meet the physical requirements: stooping, standing, walking, stairs/ladders, lifting 50 lbs+.
• Innovative mindset to develop methods beyond existing solutions.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong organizational skills with an advanced inquisitive mindset.
• Certifications/licenses required by local or state jurisdictions; prior supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Follow codes, regulations, and Company directives related to operations and safety.
• Manage shift operations, assign work orders, and train coworkers and subcontractors.
• Review monthly tenant service request summaries to identify and fix recurring issues.
• Develop and implement a preventive maintenance program for machinery and systems.
• Inspect systems to ensure operation within normal parameters.
• Maintain inventory of supplies and tools; order materials as needed.
• Schedule preventive maintenance and downtime to minimize business interruptions.
• Perform repairs, emergency, and preventive maintenance; complete maintenance records.
• Respond promptly to emergencies and request additional help as needed.
• Apply advanced knowledge to develop new methods to meet department objectives.
• Demonstrate expertise in own discipline and cross-train in related disciplines.
• Coach others to develop deep knowledge across the function.
• Lead by example and align with CBRE RISE values; influence stakeholders.
• Impact customer, operational, project, or service objectives across multi-discipline teams; shape procedures and policies.
