Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in supervisory or shift-leading roles preferred.

• Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong organizational and analytical skills, with an inquisitive mindset.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage the team's daily activities, establish schedules and assign tasks.
• Serve as the point of contact between landlord, tenants and service providers; implement procedures and reporting formats.
• Arrange for regular equipment maintenance.
• Review data from work orders and present performance reports to management.
• Design and oversee building cleaning schedules and disinfecting routines.
• Evaluate new vendors by comparing costs and benefits.
