Qualifications

• Technical Master’s Degree and six years’ experience required.
• Associates Degree and ten years of experience acceptable.
• Must have solid technical background with a focus on IT systems.

Responsibilities

• Train Government customers in proper use of UC systems.
• Provide support for implementation and maintenance of UC systems.
• Conduct analysis on UC systems to ensure cost efficiency and reliability.
• Provide technical leadership to level 1 and level 2 contractor engineers.
