Job summary

Tyto Athene, LLC seeks a Program Manager to lead a Unified Communications (UC) services program for a mission-critical government customer in the National Capital Region. You will supervise engineers and technicians, manage full lifecycle UC capabilities including audio, video, telephony, and chat services, and oversee cost, schedule, performance, and cybersecurity aspects.

As the primary government liaison, you will coordinate with the Government COR, ensure contractual requirements are met,

Qualifications

• Ten years of program/project management experience involving IT and/or AV integration.
• PMP Certification and experience with government contracting are preferred.
• Clearance: TS/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph.

Responsibilities

• Apply PMBOK v7 and scheduling techniques to manage multiple, interconnected projects.
• Coordinate Tyto and subcontractor teammates to deliver customer requirements.
• Oversee program changes and upgrades per government requirements.
• Document technical challenges and coordinate actions with stakeholders.
• Provide program leadership and overall responsibility for successful outcomes.
• Serve as primary customer contact and liaise with the Government COR.
• Manage risk, schedule, cost, and quality to meet contractual objectives.
• Direct staffing, onboarding, training, and performance reviews.
