5+ years of experience with Avaya telephony, messaging and UC clients.
Responsibilities

Skills
Deep knowledge of Global VoIP and Contact Center platforms
CRM integration with contact center solutions
Public and private cloud communication architectures including SaaS
Telephony dial plan design and call routing/control protocols
