Job summary
BTI is seeking a Unified Communications Lead Engineer to oversee enterprise collaboration and audiovisual technologies, including videoconferencing, IPTV, VoIP, and conference room systems. Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required in IT/telecom or related field.
- Minimum of 10 years supporting enterprise collaboration technologies.
- Certification such as Microsoft Teams Administrator, CCNP Collaboration, CTS or equivalent preferred.
Responsibilities
- Oversees enterprise collaboration and audiovisual technologies (videoconferencing, webcasting, IPTV, VoIP, digital signage, conference room systems).
- Provides strategic and technical leadership for planning, deployment, administration, performance monitoring, and modernization of unified communications services.
- Engages customers, manages operations, integrates technology, and leads teams.
