BTI is seeking a Unified Communications Lead Engineer to oversee enterprise collaboration and audiovisual technologies, including videoconferencing, IPTV, VoIP, and conference room systems. You will provide strategic and technical leadership for planning, deployment, administration, and modernization of unified communications services.

The role requires leading customer engagement, operational management, technology integration, and team leadership across projects and programs in federal IT

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required in IT/telecom or related field.
• Minimum of 10 years supporting enterprise collaboration technologies.
• Certification such as Microsoft Teams Administrator, CCNP Collaboration, CTS or equivalent preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Oversees enterprise collaboration and audiovisual technologies (videoconferencing, webcasting, IPTV, VoIP, digital signage, conference room systems).
• Provides strategic and technical leadership for planning, deployment, administration, performance monitoring, and modernization of unified communications services.

BTI supports mission-critical programs across defense and civilian agencies, with core expertise in cybersecurity, program management, enterprise IT, and technical oversight services.

BTI is currently searching for a Unified Communication Lead Engineer to fulfill the roles and responsibilities below:

The Unified Communications Lead Engineer oversees enterprise collaboration and audiovisual technologies, including videoconferencing, webcasting, IPTV, VoIP, digital signage, conference room systems, and related infrastructure. This individual provides strategic and technical leadership for the planning, deployment, administration, performance monitoring, and modernization of unified communications services. Responsibilities include customer engagement, operational management, technology integration, and team leadership.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Telecommunications, or related field.
• Microsoft Teams Administrator, CCNP Collaboration, CTS, or equivalent certification preferred.
• Minimum 10 years supporting enterprise collaboration technologies.
• Experience with VoIP, IPTV, audio/video systems, streaming solutions, and conferencing platforms.
• Technical leadership and project management experience.
