Job summary

LPL Financial Holdings Inc. is seeking a Unified Communications Engineer to design and develop Cisco voice, video and collaboration networks. You will work with UC Engineering resources to deliver functional systems and assist in troubleshooting UC voice/video system clusters and endpoints.

You will respond to software/hardware issues and resolve problems on the spot. Responsibilities include maintaining Cisco telephony equipment, deploying Webex Cloud solutions, troubleshooting VoIP, and

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of engineering experience in telecommunications.
Minimum 5 years hands-on with Cisco UC suite and Cisco Webex Cloud for voice/video.
Flexible hours for after-hours and weekend activities; on-site 5 days/week in Fort Mill, SC.

Responsibilities

Maintain and administer Cisco telephony equipment including compute nodes, cubes and circuits.
Deploy and maintain Webex Cloud, Cisco voice/video products across the portfolio; cloud configuration.
Troubleshoot VoIP traffic across Cisco switches/routers; design and run system tests; monitor infrastructure health.
Provide technical leadership on projects and mentor team members; participate in after-hours on-call rotations.
