Job summary

Zurich North America is hiring a Senior Program Manager to join our Middle Markets Programs team. We are open to hiring strong Underwriting talent in a hybrid (or fully remote) work environment and will consider talent in several cities and beyond.

The Senior Program Manager will work with stakeholders to resolve issues across Programs in Middle Markets, assist with dashboards and game plan updates, and support underwriting and product development processes.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent with 7+ years in underwriting/market facing area OR
• High School Diploma or Equivalent with 14+ years in claims or underwriting support area OR
• Zurich Certified Insurance Apprentice including an Associate Degree with 5+ years in underwriting/market facing area OR
• Zurich Certified Insurance Apprentice including an Associate Degree with 12+ years in claims or underwriting support

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve issues for Programs within Middle Markets
• Assist with Dashboard completion and Game Plan updates
• Support the underwriting and product development process
• Execute on referrals from Program Administrators
• Handle project work as necessary
• Participate in underwriting, sales, and claims meetings
