Zurich North America is hiring a Senior Program Manager to join our Middle Markets Programs team. We are open to hiring strong Underwriting talent in a hybrid (or fully remote) work environment & will consider talent in the following cities: Chicago IL, Schaumburg IL, Omaha NE, or Atlanta GA and open to others.

As a member of Zurich’s Programs underwriting team, you will enjoy the opportunity to develop your portfolio management skills and collaborate with many stakeholders.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent with 7+ years in underwriting or a market-facing area OR 14+ years in claims or underwriting support.
• Zurich Certified Insurance Apprentice with an Associate Degree and 5+ years in underwriting or a market-facing area OR 12+ years in claims or underwriting support.

Responsibilities

• Work with stakeholders to resolve issues and concerns for various Programs within Middle Markets.
• Assist with Dashboard completion and Game Plan updates.
• Support the Underwriting and product development process.
• Execute on referrals from Program Administrators.
• Project work as necessary.
• Participate in underwriting, sales, claims meetings.
