Job summary

Zurich North America is seeking a Senior Program Manager for its Middle Markets Programs team. We are open to hiring strong Underwriting talents in a hybrid (or fully remote) environment and will consider candidates in Chicago, Schaumburg, Omaha, or Atlanta, and other sites.

You will collaborate with stakeholders to manage programs, assist with dashboards and Game Plan updates, and support underwriting and product development.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent with 7+ years in Underwriting or Market Facing area
• Alternative paths: 14+ years in Claims or Underwriting Support
• Zurich Certified Insurance Apprentice with an Associate Degree plus 5+ years in Underwriting/Market Facing
• Zurich Certified Insurance Apprentice with an Associate Degree plus 12+ years in Claims/Underwriting Support

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve issues for Programs within Middle Markets
• Assist with Dashboard completion and Game Plan updates
• Support the Underwriting and product development process
• Execute on referrals from Program Administrators
• Handle project work as necessary
• Participate in underwriting, sales, and claims meetings
