Job summary

Zurich North America is seeking a Senior Program Manager to join our Middle Markets Programs team. Hybrid or remote work is supported across multiple U.S. locations, including major hubs.

The role partners with stakeholders to drive portfolio management, dashboard updates, and underwriting/product development. Candidates bring strong communication and problem-solving for cross-functional initiatives and referrals from Program Administrators.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent with 7+ years in underwriting/market-facing area.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent with 14+ years in the Claims or Underwriting Support area.
• Zurich Certified Insurance Apprentice including an Associate Degree and 5+ years in the Underwriting or Market Facing area.
• Zurich Certified Insurance Apprentice including an Associate Degree and 12+ years in the Claims or Underwriting Support are

Responsibilities

• Working with stakeholders to resolve issues and concerns for various Programs within Middle Markets.
• Assisting with Dashboard completion and Game Plan updates.
• Supporting the Underwriting and product development process.
• Executing on referrals from Program Administrators.
• Project work as necessary.
• Participate in underwriting, sales, claims meetings
