Zurich North America is hiring a Senior Program Manager to join our Middle Markets Programs team. We are open to hiring strong Underwriting talent in a hybrid (or fully remote) work environment & will consider talent in the following cities: Chicago IL, Schaumburg IL, Omaha NE, or Atlanta GA and open to others.

As a member of Zurich’s Programs underwriting team, you will enjoy the opportunity to develop your portfolio management skills and collaborate with many stakeholders.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with multiple experience pathways in underwriting or claims.
• Proven ability to work with stakeholders to resolve issues and manage programs.
• Experience supporting underwriting, product development, or referrals.
• Willingness to participate in a hybrid or remote work model.

Responsibilities

• Work with stakeholders to resolve issues for Programs within Middle Markets.
• Assist with Dashboard completion and Game Plan updates.
• Support the underwriting and product development process.
• Execute on referrals from Program Administrators.
• Take on project work as necessary.
• Participate in underwriting, sales, and claims meetings.
