Job summary

Zurich North America is hiring a Senior Program Manager to join the Middle Markets Programs team. The role supports underwriting and product development, collaborates with stakeholders, and drives dashboard and game plan updates in a hybrid (or remote) setup across multiple U.S.

cities. The Senior Program Manager will resolve issues, manage referrals, and participate in cross-functional meetings to advance programs within the middle markets segment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in Underwriting or Market Facing area
• 14+ years in Claims or Underwriting Support
• Zurich Certified Insurance Apprentice with Associate Degree + 5+ years in Underwriting or Market Facing area
• Zurich Certified Insurance Apprentice with Associate Degree + 12+ years in Claims or Underwriting Support

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve issues for Programs in Middle Markets
• Assist with Dashboard completion and Game Plan updates
• Support the Underwriting and product development process
• Execute referrals from Program Administrators
• Perform project work as needed
• Participate in underwriting, sales, and claims meetings
