Job summary

Zurich North America is hiring a Senior Program Manager for the Middle Markets Programs team. We are open to candidates in a hybrid or fully remote setup, with locations including Chicago, Schaumburg, Omaha, Atlanta, and other eligible locations.

You will work with stakeholders to resolve program issues, assist with dashboards and Game Plan updates, and support underwriting and product development processes. Strong communication skills and self-motivation are valued.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent with 7+ years in underwriting/market-facing roles or 14+ years in underwriting support/claims.
• Alternative: Zurich Certified Insurance Apprentice with an Associate Degree and 5+ years in underwriting/market-facing area or 12+ years in claims/underwriting support.
• Demonstrated ability to work with stakeholders and manage program portfolios.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve issues for Programs within Middle Markets.
• Assist with dashboard completion and Game Plan updates.
• Support underwriting and product development processes.
• Execute referrals from Program Administrators.
• Engage in project work as needed and participate in meetings.
