Zurich E&S is seeking an experienced UA Manager to lead the Casualty Wholesale team in a hybrid Atlanta/US location. Expected to guide a 7-10 person unit, driving performance, service quality, and account management.

The role requires a strong background in underwriting, leadership and client relations, with travel to offices as needed and a flexible schedule. Excellent communication and strategic thinking are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Insurance/Underwriting or related field, 4+ years in Insurance/Underwriting or Market Facing area OR Zurich Certified Insurance Apprentice with 4+ years' experience
• High School Diploma or Equivalent with 6+ years in Insurance/Underwriting or Market Facing area and knowledge of industry
• Knowledge of the insurance industry and regulatory environment

Responsabilités

• Lead and develop a UA team of 7-10 associates.
• Assess and improve underwriting processes to meet technical standards.
• Maintain engagement with producers on status of new business and renewals.
• Handle client issues, policy changes, and billing questions as needed.
• Participate in key account relationships in person or via teleconference.
• Conduct performance evaluations and career development discussions.
• Make staffing decisions and coach staff to deliver outstanding client service.
• Foster cross-training and share knowledge to support multiple workflows.
• Lead team huddles, build relationships across the business, and onboard new staff.
