Qualifications

5+ years of Commercial Underwriting experience.
Bachelor's degree in a related field.
Commensurate work experience considered for the role.

Responsibilities

Manages an assigned portfolio of business in line with underwriting strategies.
Prioritizes a high-volume workload across multiple agencies.
Analyzes underwriting information to inform risk selection and pricing.
Acts as trusted advisor to agencies and distribution partners.
Uses data insights to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
Collaborates with Sales, Product, and Operations to align strategies.
Leads change and supports adoption of new processes and technologies.
