Qualifications

• 5+ years of Commercial Underwriting experience.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field and/or commensurate work experience.
• CPCU (Preferred)
• Property and Casualty Insurance License (PCIL) preferred

Responsibilities

• Manages an assigned portfolio of business aligned with underwriting strategies, profitability goals, growth targets, retention, and customer experience.
• Prioritizes and manages high-volume workload across multiple agencies while balancing production, underwriting integrity, responsiveness, and business objectives.
• Analyzes underwriting information to make sound risk selection, pricing, and coverage decisions.
• Acts as Trusted Advisor by developing relationships with agencies and partners to identify opportunities and drive profitable outcomes.
• Leverages portfolio underwriting, analytics, and market insights to identify trends and optimize territory performance.
