Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree REQUIRED.
• Underwriter – 7 years of experience REQUIRED.
• Health Plan experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Underwrite employer groups of high complexity and lead strategic rating decisions balancing competitiveness and profitability, with expertise in claims analysis and funding arrangements.
• Mentor and subject-matter expert for Underwriters and Trainees; support high-profile cases and RFPs; collaborate with Sales, Actuarial, and Leadership; contribute to process improvement and underwriting strategy.
