Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 7 years of underwriting experience required.
• Health Plan experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Underwrite employer groups of high complexity with strategic pricing.
• Mentor and guide Underwriters and Trainees; support high-profile cases and RFPs.
• Collaborate with Sales, Actuarial and Leadership to improve processes and underwriting strategy.
