You will mentor Underwriters and Trainees, support major cases and RFPs, and collaborate with Sales, Actuarial, and Leadership to drive underwriting strategy and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree REQUIRED.
• Underwriter with 7 years of experience REQUIRED.
• Health Plan experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Underwrite high‑complexity employer groups and lead strategic rating decisions balancing competitiveness and profitability.
• Mentor Underwriters and Trainees, support high‑profile cases and RFPs, and collaborate with Sales, Actuarial and Leadership.
