Philadelphia Insurance Companies seeks a Senior Underwriter to grow and profitably manage a Management and Professional Lines portfolio. You will underwrite, market, and build strong agency relationships while delivering underwriting excellence across D&O, EPL, Fiduciary, Crime, Cyber, and related products.

The role requires advanced underwriting expertise, consultative sales, and partnership with brokers and internal teams to achieve business objectives.

Formación

• Advanced technical knowledge of Financial Lines and Management Liability insurance products.
• Strong analytical, financial analysis, and risk assessment skills.
• Sales, marketing, negotiation, business development, and relationship management capabilities.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building abilities.
• Ability to engage effectively with internal and external partners at all levels.
• Ability to develop and execute territory marketing strategies.

Responsabilidades

• Underwrite and market assigned products, manage a profitable book of business.
• Analyze financial statements, exposures and loss experience to make underwriting decisions.
• Prepare submissions and present proposals to producers and accounts.
• Mentor and train less experienced underwriters.
• Develop territory and agency strategies to drive profitable growth.
• Deliver exceptional service to agents, brokers and insureds.
