Stand Insurance is building a new class of global property protection, using advanced physics and AI to model catastrophic risk at the asset level and automate underwriting.

You will execute our underwriting strategy for high-net-worth personal lines, including complex homes and unique exposures, working directly with brokers, mitigation, and engineering teams to structure terms and deliver a seamless experience.

• Underwriting strategy execution for high-net-worth personal lines including complex homes, unique exposures, and CAT risks.
• Collaborate with brokers, marketing, mitigation, and engineering teams to evaluate risks and structure terms.
• Hands-on underwriting with autonomy; own your book and make decisive calls on complex submissions.
• Leverage technology while maintaining human judgment.

Responsabilidades

• Become the go-to underwriter for CAT-exposed properties and unique exposures, developing creative, risk-balanced approaches.
• Grow your assigned book to premium and policy targets while maintaining strict risk quality standards.
• Cut quote-to-bind time on complex risks through decisive communication and clear workflows; improve broker satisfaction by being more responsive.
