Stand is building a new kind of global property protection through advanced physics and AI. You will execute underwriting strategy for a high-net-worth personal lines book, including complex homes and CAT risks, working with brokers and internal teams to deliver creative terms and a seamless experience.

You’ll own your book with autonomy, making decisive calls while leveraging technology to continuously improve how we evaluate, price, and service risks.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of underwriting experience in personal lines, preferably HNW or complex property risks.
• Strong understanding of risk analysis, property & liability coverages, pricing and compliance.
• Track record of managing a profitable book while delivering excellent broker service.

Responsabilités

• Execute underwriting strategy for a high-net-worth personal lines book, including complex homes, unique exposures, and CAT risks.
• Collaborate with brokers, marketing, mitigation, and engineering to evaluate risks and structure creative terms.
• Own your book with autonomy, make decisive calls on submissions, and help shape the use of technology in underwriting.
• Refine and adopt underwriting tools and platforms to improve evaluation, pricing, and service.
