Job summary

Loenbro is seeking an Underground Maintenance & Installation Superintendent to plan, schedule, supervise crews, and coordinate with the Project Manager on industrial projects.

The role requires 5+ years of supervisory experience, reading drawings, knowledge of codes, and a strong focus on safety, cost control, and quality. You will work to deliver projects efficiently while maintaining high standards of workmanship.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Superintendent experience in industrial construction.
• Experience leading crews of 12+ personnel.
• Knowledge of scheduling software and reporting requirements.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project coordination.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret project drawings and specifications.
• Adhere to national and local codes applicable to the discipline.
• Supervise daily work of employees and subcontractors.
• Assist bid reviews, constructability reviews, and cost analysis.
• Create and manage 3-week and 6-week look-ahead schedules.
• Enforce safety rules and company policies on all sites.
• Review job costs and production performance with focus on productivity.
• Plan on-the-job training to ensure safety and quality.
• Collaborate with clients to identify opportunities for Loenbro.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
