Job summary

Loenbro LLC is seeking an experienced Underground Maintenance & Installation Superintendent in Franklin, TN to plan, schedule, oversee crews, and manage installation, maintenance, and inspection projects. You will assist the Project Manager and coordinate activities to meet safety, quality, and schedule goals.

Applicants should have 5+ years of superintendent experience on industrial sites, knowledge of scheduling software and OSHA 30, trenching, and client coordination to pursue new

Qualifications

• Read project drawings.
• OSHA safety requirements knowledge.
• Supervise daily work of employees.
• Assist estimating through bid reviews and constructability checks.
• Forecast and manage project schedule with look-ahead.
• Ensure safety and company work rules are followed.
• Review job costs and production performance.
• Participate in on-the-job training planning.

Responsibilities

• Read project drawings and understand requirements.
• Manage safety and work rules adherence.
• Supervise daily crew activities and productivity.
• Support bid reviews and cost analyses for estimates.
• Develop look-ahead schedules for manpower and materials.
• Coordinate with clients to identify new opportunities.
• Provide timely site safety and quality reviews.
• Travel may be required.
