Job summary

Loenbro is seeking an Underground Maintenance & Installation - Superintendent in Franklin, TN to lead and coordinate underground projects. You will plan, schedule, supervise crews, and interface with the Project Manager to ensure efficient execution and adherence to safety standards.

This role requires deep knowledge of underground installation, trenching, and construction processes, plus strong leadership and estimating input. Join a team delivering critical infrastructure nationwide.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of Superintendent experience in industrial construction.
• Experience managing projects and leading crews of 12+ personnel.
• Understanding of industry-standard scheduling software and reports; proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Read and understand project drawings.
• Ensure compliance with national/local code requirements relevant to this discipline.
• Supervise the daily work of employees.
• Assist estimating through bid reviews and constructability assessments.
• Create 3-week and 6-week look-ahead schedules ensuring manpower, materials, equipment, and subcontractors are aligned.
• Enforce safety and company rules and policies.
• Review job costs and performance focusing on production.
• Plan on-the-job training for safety and quality.
• Collaborate with clients to create new opportunities for Loenbro.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Supervisor.
