Job summary

Loenbro seeks an experienced Superintendent to own the physical execution of a project on-site. You will determine methods, sequencing, crew assignments, and ensure safety and quality to deliver a compliant result.

You will partner with the Project Manager in the field to drive project success. The role requires 10+ years in construction, with a strong track record supervising field crews on industrial or mining projects, and proficiency in safety, scheduling, and coordination with multiple

Qualifications

• 10+ years in construction with 4+ supervising field crews on industrial or mining projects; craft background preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to plan and execute work to a schedule and a budget of hours.
• Deep competency in the primary service line of the project and working competency in every adjacent line being coordinated.

Responsibilities

• Own the safety of every person on the project; lead safety planning, site inspections and training.
• Plan and direct daily and weekly work through foremen; manage crew assignments and sequencing.
• Coordinate and direct subcontractor field forces to the schedule and scope.
• Own field productivity, cost tracking, and reporting of percent complete for accruals and forecasts.
• Own the punch list to turnover and ensure quality at installation.
