Job summary

Loenbro, LLC is seeking an Underground Maintenance & Installation - Superintendent in Franklin, TN. The role commands planning, scheduling, and managing crews performing installation, maintenance and inspection projects in industrial settings.

You will assist the Project Manager, read project drawings, ensure OSHA compliance, and forecast manpower, materials, and equipment needs. Travel may be required; a strong background in underground piping and trenching is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of superintendent experience in industrial construction.
• Experience managing projects and leading crews of 12+ personnel.
• Completion of OSHA 30 or equivalent safety training.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret project drawings and specifications.
• Supervise daily work of employees on site.
• Support bid reviews, constructability reviews, and cost analyses.
• Forecast and manage project schedules; provide look-ahead schedules.
• Ensure adherence to company safety rules and policies.
• Monitor job costs and production performance.
• Coordinate on-the-job training for safety and quality.
• Collaborate with clients to create new opportunities for Loenbro.
• Travel may be required.
