Job summary

Loenbro, LLC is seeking an Underground Maintenance & Installation Superintendent in a full-time role at our UMI unit in the field. You will plan, schedule, and supervise crews, coordinating with the Project Manager to ensure efficient execution of underground maintenance and inspection projects.

You will mentor craft supervision, review job costs, and contribute to safety and quality through training and site inspections. Strong scheduling and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of Superintendent experience in industrial construction.
• Experience managing projects and leading crews of 12+ personnel.
• Understanding of industry-standard scheduling software and reports; proficiency in MS Office.
• Valid Driver’s license with clean record and OSHA 30 or equivalent safety training.
• Trench Safety Training; underground piping installation and trenching experience.

Responsibilities

• Read and understand project drawings and codes relevant to this discipline.
• Supervise daily work of employees and coordinate activities with Project Manager.
• Support bid reviews, constructability reviews, and cost analysis for estimates.
• Develop 3- and 6-week look-ahead schedules ensuring manpower, materials, and equipment are planned.
• Ensure safety rules are followed and participate in job-site safety reviews.
