Job summary

Loenbro is seeking an Underground Maintenance & Installation - Superintendent to plan, schedule, and oversee underground maintenance and inspection projects. You will coordinate activities of a crew, read drawings, and ensure safety and quality across the job site.

The role requires five years of superintendent experience in industrial construction, trenching and underground installation expertise, and proficiency with scheduling software and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of superintendent experience in industrial construction.
• Experience leading crews of 12 or more personnel.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record; OSHA 30 or equivalent safety training.
• Background in underground installation including trenching and boring.
• Knowledge of scheduling software and MS Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Read project drawings and apply applicable codes.
• Supervise daily work and coordinate activities of the crew.
• Assist with estimating through bid reviews and constructability assessments.
• Maintain 3-week and 6-week look-ahead schedules for manpower, materials, and equipment.
• Ensure safety rules and company policies are followed.
• Collaborate with clients to develop new opportunities for Loenbro.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Supervisor.
