Nevada Gold Mines is seeking an Underground Mobile Maintenance Planner II at Turquoise Ridge to improve maintenance efficiency through planned, preventive, and predictive methods. Qualifikationen

• Trade qualification in relevant mechanical, electrical, or industrial discipline, or technical diploma/degree in engineering or maintenance management or equivalent experience.
• 3–7 years experience in maintenance planning/scheduling in a heavy industry environment; mining or mineral processing experience strongly preferred.
• Experience with underground or open pit mobile mining equipment and/or fixed plant or infrastructure.
• Proven experience with CMMS (SAP, Oracle, Pronto, JD Edwards, etc.).
• Strong planning and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Demonstrated understanding of maintenance practices (preventive, corrective, predictive) and reliability concepts.
• MSHA regulations knowledge and compliance.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills; proficient with MS Office suite.

Aufgaben

• Review, screen, and prioritize maintenance work requests in line with production requirements, equipment criticality, and safety considerations.
• Develop detailed job plans and work packs for preventive, corrective and predictive maintenance, including scope of work and step-by-step tasks.
• Ensure all planned work adheres to company maintenance standards, OEM recommendations, and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with operations, maintenance, contractor, and other stakeholders to minimize downtime and production impact.
• Coordinate with business partners to ensure work is completed in accordance with approved SOW's and review invoices.
• Support management of critical spares, stock levels, and lead times to reduce delays.
• Verify that all required resources are available prior to job start.
• Use the computerized Maintenance Management System to maintain equipment records, maintenance histories, backlog, and status.
• Generate and analyze maintenance reports and KPIs and recommend improvements.
• Prepare work packages with conditions, parts, and step-by-step procedures.
• Communicate with maintenance, operations, purchasing, warehouse staff, and outside vendors.
• Contribute to project delivery, adhere to project management methodology, and participate in root cause analyses.
